UnipolSai Assicurazioni S.p.A. (“UnipolSai”) hereby announces that - following the issue of the necessary authorisations by IVASS (Italian Insurance Supervisory Authority) and the completion of the corporate merger procedure –the deed of merger by incorporation of Liguria – Società di Assicurazioni – S.p.A. and Liguria Vita S.p.A. into UnipolSai was signed on the date hereof.
