Fondiaria –Sai: sale of 100% of Banca Gesfid SA to PKB Privatbank SA completed

Fondiaria-Sai S.p.A. announces the conclusion of negotiations, conducted for the company by Paolo Ligresti, with the sale today of 100% of the share capital of the subsidiary BANCA GESFID SA to PKB Privatbank SA, following the attainment of the necessary authorisations by the latter from the relevant Swiss authorities.
