Fondiaria Sai: shareholders’ agm approves the 2010 accounts

The Shareholders’ AGM of Fondiaria-SAI S.p.A., meeting today, chaired by Ms. Jonella Ligresti, firstly approved the 2010 financial statements, whose content has already been communicated to the market, as reported in the Directors’ Report previously made public.
