Fondiaria-Sai S.p.A.- Board of Directors 19th april 2012

It is announced that, on the request of Consob on April 16, 2012 in accordance with Article 114, paragraph 5 of Legislative Decree 58/98 (the “CFA”), the Board of Directors of Fondiaria-SAI S.p.A. (the “Company”), today approved a number of supplementations to the Directors’ Report at December 31, 2011 published on March 31, 2012 in accordance with Article 154-ter of the CFA and to the Remuneration Report published on March 31, 2012 in accordance with Article 123-ter of the CFA.
