The Board of Directors of Fondiaria-SAI S.p.A. (the “Company”), meeting yesterday afternoon, have called the Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of the company for March 16, 2012 in first call and March 19, 2012 in second call, to propose to shareholders a rights issue for a maximum total amount of Euro 1,100 million.
