Revision to ratings awarded to UGF Group

It is hereby confirmed that today ratings agency Moody’s Investors Service has revised the insurance financial strength rating of UGF Assicurazioni S.p.A. from A1 to A2 and has also downgraded the senior rating of Unipol Gruppo Finanziario S.p.A. from Baa1 to Baa2 and the long-term deposit rating of UGF Banca S.p.A. from Baa1 to Baa2. The outlook on these ratings remains negative.
