The Special Savings Shareholders’ Meeting of Fondiaria-SAI S.p.A., meeting today under the chairmanship of Mr. Sandro Quagliotti – having taken note of the resignation of this latter as General Representative of the Savings Shareholders – appointed Mr. Dario Trevisan as his replacement for a period of three years.
