Fondiaria Sai: Consob information request

In relation to reports in the press today and on the request of Consob, Fondiaria-Sai S.p.A. states that if Mr. Fausto Marchionni were to tender his resignation as Chief Executive Officer the market will be informed in a timely manner and it is expected in this scenario that the General Director Mr. Emanuele Erbetta would be proposed to the Board of Directors for the vacated office.
