Notice is hereby given that the updated Company’s By-Laws are available to the public, pursuant to current legislation, on the Company's Internet website: www.unipolsai.com - in the following Section: Governance/Corporate Governance System/Company’s By-Laws. The Company’s By-Laws have been updated following amendments subsequent to the resolution of the Board of Directors passed on 15 January, concerning the issuance of a loan convertible into UnipolSai ordinary shares.
