Unipol Group: 2012 Financial Statements Approved

The Board of Directors of Unipol Gruppo Finanziario S.p.A., meeting today under the chairmanship of Pierluigi Stefanini, approved the consolidated financial statements and the draft financial statements of Unipol Gruppo Finanziario S.p.A. for financial year 2012, which, following the acquisition completed in July, include the consolidated results for the second half of 2012 of the Premafin/Fondiaria-SAI Group.
