Unipol: Sale of 51% holding in bnl vita S.p.A. finalized

Unipol Gruppo Finanziario and BNP Paribas have arranged the schedule for the sale of Unipol's holding in BNL Vita.
The operation will be completed over the next few months, subject to the required legal authorization being obtained.
Unipol Gruppo Finanziario and BNP Paribas today entered into a supplementary agreement to the option agreement, relating to Unipol Gruppo Finanziario's 51% holding in BNL Vita (the 'Holding') which was signed on 22 December 2009.
