Related Parties Operations
A policy for protecting the transparency and fairness of transactions with related parties carried out by the Group both directly and through its subsidiaries.
The Procedure for the performance of transactions with related parties (the "Procedure"), prepared pursuant to Article 4 of Consob Regulation No. 17221 dated 12 March 2010 as subsequently amended (the "Regulation"), approved by the Board of Directors of UnipolSai Assicurazioni S.p.A. on 23 June 2022.
The purpose of the procedure is to define, in compliance with the Regulation a process aimed at ensuring transparency and fairness during the initial phase of negotiations and the approval of transactions with related parties performed by UnipolSai Assicurazioni S.p.A., directly or through its subsidiaries.
