Fondiaria-Sai S.p.A.: Fitch withdraws P.I. rating

Fitch Ratings today communicated its decision to withdraw the P.I. rating (B+/Rating Watch Evolving) of Fondiaria-SAI S.p.A. and its principal subsidiary Milano Assicurazioni S.p.A..
Fitch Ratings advises the reason for this decision is that it can no longer maintain coverage of the company as it does not have sufficient public information available for such purposes.
