On the request of Consob of October 24, 2012, in accordance with Article 114, paragraph 5, of Legs. Decree No. 58/98 (the “CFA”), a document was prepared containing the requested information, relating in particular to the stage of development of the preparation of the Remuneration Report as per Article 123 of the CFA and to the leaving indemnity to be issued to the ex-General Manager.
