Matteo Laterza

Born in Bari in 1965

Holds a degree in Business Economics from the Bocconi University in Milan

After a long experience in the asset management world at Eptafund SGR and Intesa San Paolo, in 2008 he joined the Unipol Group holding the position of Finance Director.

Subsequently, over time, inter alia, he held the positions of Finance Area General Manager of Unipol Gruppo, Head of Finance, Life Business and Securities of UnipolSai Assicurazioni, Chief Executive Officer of Popolare Vita, Chairman of Unisalute and Deputy Chairman of Linear Assicurazioni.

He has been:

• Since 2019, Chairman of Leithà S.r.l.;
• Since 2020, Chairman of UnipolPay S.p.A.;
• Since 2021, Deputy Chairman of Arca Assicurazioni S.p.A.;
• Since 2021, Deputy Chairman of Arca Vita S.p.A.;
• Since 2022, General Manager of Unipol Gruppo S.p.A.;
• Since 2022, Chief Executive Officer of UnipolSai Assicurazioni S.p.A.
