Transfer of the equity investment held in Incontra Assicurazioni

Today, UnipolSai Assicurazioni S.p.A. entered into a contract governing the transfer of the equity investment held in Incontra Assicurazioni S.p.A., representing 51% of the share capital, to UniCredit S.p.A.
The transaction, set out in the 2022-2024 Strategic Plan Opening New Ways, whose projections already take into account the proposed sale, is subject to obtaining the necessary authorisations from the competent Authorities.
